Divine Mercy Reigns Prayer Group

Deacon Roy has been receiving inspired messages on a variety of topics, but all about being in relationship with the Lord, since 2002. They were not just for him, but were also given to share and to be shared among those seeking to grow in their relationship with the Lord.

His first book of messages covers those received from 2002 to 2006. In general they cover a variety of topics related to growing in ministry and service and include many teachings on prayer and healing ministry. Deacon Roy usually talks to groups about 2 or 3 messages at one time

His first book was also translated into Spanish. Deacon Roy’s talks are sometimes given to groups who are composed of Spanish-speakers, English-speakers, and bilingual speakers.

In 2013 Deacon Roy was able to publish a second book with the messages he has received from 2007 through 2012. They are focused on spiritual growth in ministry roles beyond the beginning stages and also include messages about “the coming times”, reminding us that we can expect tribulations in this world even as we are called to greater conversion and do indeed seek to know and do the Lord’s will.

Deacon Roy’s third volume, with messages from 2013 through 2017 was published in 2019. “Come Running to Me” is an invitation, an imperative, and in some ways a warning. All three of those motifs can be found in various messages. These messages are given to the reader “to share the living word with others that they will repent and ask God for mercy and forgiveness so that they can enter the Kingdom of Heaven.”

Another volume focused topically on the healing ministry messages, together with some of Deacon Roy’s reflections and teachings about them, is also expected in the future. Deacon Roy continues to receive messages, so eventually there will probably be at least one more book of them.

Deacon Roy Y. Munoz Jr. was born in San Antonio, Texas September 06, 1948. He has been married for [over 50] years to Irene and has two children, Arlene and Roy Ill. Irene was instrumental to leading Roy to the Lord through Prayer and Patience. On March 03, 1993, encountered a life changing experience that resulted in his conversion. He received through the Holy Spirit many charisms which included the Lord’s inspired messages and His gift of healing. His hunger for the Lord led him to attend many prayer groups. The Lord began to use Roy as His instrument. Roy’s hunger to hear the Lord led him to a deeper intercession; this resulted in God’s answering his prayer by letting Roy hear His inspired words, “I love you my little one.” To this day he continues to receive God’s inspired messages.

Deacon Roy continues with his ministry in the Diaconate and conducts healing services within the Archdiocese of San Antonio. He continues to receive messages with primary themes of love, repentance and conversion. Deacon Roy believes this is an incredible act of mercy by God to let the world know how much He loves you.
